OUR HISTORY
With more than 10 years in the industry, we´ve organically grown attending different markets, from a person with specific needs to transnational corporations. The first 3 years in the industry we served end customers by opening stores to the public, and continue running until today, with the support of global alliances with the most recognized couriers, providing packaging and shipping solutions. In 2014, our AHA year, we refocused our strategy and started to attend companies with specific shipping needs in which recognized carriers could not meet the high customization and flexibility required by their clients.
This is how we began to provide differentiated services for companies and noticed that the delivered value was largely within the service, the dedication to respond, the proactivity, the flexibility, and our disposition to send trained people to customer facilities to support in last details of their shipments. We continue to pack and ship many products and materials, but now in a more complex environment, where the value is definitely visible, so we made the framework of our values that would be the foundation for Portos.
Today we continue to attend the different business units, same with which we started, since they are connected and with it, we say that we send from something that fits in the palm of your hand, to multiple container overseas worldwide.
Portos will continue to write his history having the passion and obsession to be better every day providing our customers with collaborators who are true artists, using the best technology, and solid operational processes.
